Interested in net-art, time-based art, coding, remix, new media, new media history & theory, cultural values, Japanese aesthetics etc, particularly in terms of how Japan's unique idea of simplicity and "emptiness" has impacted to form people's sense of beauty, time and space and how it . Classic Japanese poetry (Waka/Tanka) and various other traditional Japanese art forms have been also a great inspiration to illustrate the passege of time.
Born in Tokyo (1989). Completed Bachelor of Science in Photojournalism (2013) and Master of Scienece degree in New Media (2015) at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, USA.
